Strawberry, Coconut Cream & Almond Flakes Dessert


Strawberries in moderation are great: relatively low in fructose yet nice and sweet. In fact almost any other berry such as rasp and blue will do the same trick.

Just add some coconut cream (25% fat) mixed with a pinch of vanilla powder and/or xylitol, for those with a really sweet tooth! Sprinkle with some almond flakes or nuts (pecan & walnuts are great) and serve. Tastes as good as ice cream, especially if the berries are fresh out of the freezer & cold like ours. Quick, easy, delicious and tubbing!
