For the whole of next week, I will be detailing EXACTLY what I am eating and when I’m eating it. I will also be publishing any/ all exercise that I do (probably NIL!), as well as basic bio-metrics in the form of daily waist and weight measurements. Further to that, this Sunday 25th October, I will also publish my meal plan for the following week so that you also know what’s coming up in advance.
Any/ all recipes have already/ will also be published so that you can make them as well if you want to. Hopefully, this will give people a good feel for what I’m eating to maintain a nice stable weight on minimal exercise. I want to demonstrate that everything I eat is simple and quick to prepare and perhaps also encourage those thinking of starting out on LCHF to finally take the plunge!
