BBQ season is in full swing here and what better than some VERY easy and simple beef kebabs to fill you up!
You’ll be surprised at just how easy and tasty these are. For best results, use a high-fat content beef, not too lean, a) for the fat content itself in order to satiate and b) for a nice texture that’s easy to work with onto the kebab skewers. The fat also helps it cook better, less burning. We use Lidl 17% fat mince beef for perfect results. A “Weber-Style” charcoal BBQ with lid is also essential for that authentic BBQ, slow cook, juicy texture. Add some home made garlic mayo & salad (just add some crushed garlic to mayo recipe and leave in fridge for a couple of hours). You’ll find that just a couple of these will fill you up nicely!
First, here’s some keto porn to whet your appetite. Scroll down to bottom for the recipe itself..
Enjoy!

- 2 tsp of Himalayan salt

Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand or using a hand blender

Yuuum…droolling all over my keyboard!!!!…Oh, how I love LCHF food…best of both worlds…long-term health & satisfying delicious food. Thanks for the idea…now we want beef kebabs too :))
Haha. Thx. Well those pics were taken on a mobile phone. Since you use a “real camera” and no one does “ketoporn” better than you do, I suggest you get onto it right away and get some shots up on your blog. How about some lamb & mint kebabs? 😉👌👍
He he thank you for your nice words Nick! Unfortunately we are not very fond of lamb so we have to stick with pork & beef really. Regarding my “real camera” …it is actually just a heavy duty, waterproof one bought by my man with the only purpose to last a lifetime, unlike the last 2 we had which broke after less than 1.5 years. But I guess I am quite pleased with the quality of the pics considering that they are raw pics. Hope barbeque season is going well in Finland
Thanks Zoe. Luvving your blog pics.. one of the highlights of my day :))
