Hello,
My name is Bozhidar Vaklinov and I recently did a checkup of my blood markers. Most of my results were fine and along the lines of what I was expecting but I was very surprised to see my HOMA-IR was extremely high while my HbA1c was normal.
I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what might be causing the discrepancy between the 2 results. I have ruled out the basics - I had gotten pretty decent sleep the last couple of days before the test, no carbs for a long time, hadn't eaten >12h before the test etc.
Attaching the results of this and the previous checkup for reference.
